• Availability: We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders due to ingredient shortages, high demand, or other operational constraints.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Given the perishable nature of our products, our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations: Once an order has entered preparation, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Issues with Orders: If there is a mistake with your order or quality concerns, please contact us immediately upon pickup at (571) 359-6610. We will work to resolve the issue through a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
